[minMars] Zubrin's "minimalist Mars mission"

Assuming that the Dragon could be adapted for Mars EDL, we could  triple our
payload delivery capability to the surface of Mars (around 1 mt to 3 mt)
with a single Falcon Heavy launch... might be worth a test flight. :)
