[minMars] Fwd: Mars Issue of the Journal of Cosmology

Lots of old stuff, but a few new things.

The EDL material gives a good overview of current research, though certainly
not enough detail to reproduce their findings.

A couple of students (Takuto and Paul) from my group made an exhaustive
tabulation of impulsive direct and Venus-flyby transfer opportunities.

Everybody loves the Falcon XX.
