[minMars] Some slides for today's telecon

All,

Please find attached a few slides I've prepared for today's telecon.  
They focus on new developments / sources of information that we can  
use going forward. I also would like to cover the topic of what might  
be on a final report (or a paper for Space 2010) in order to better  
direct my efforts on surface infrastructure and con ops.

I've uploaded this slide package to the SVN as well as the references  
mentioned in the slides.
