[minMars] Next MinMars telecon

Hi all,

I think it's time we had another MinMars telecon; some of the topics to talk
about are infrastructure, assembly operations (especially for the 2 mt
case), water regeneration, as well as Mars EDL. In addition, we should start
thinking about submitting a paper at Space 2010 with an update to our
feasibility study.

As for time and date: I was thinking about Sunday, October 25 at 2 pm EDT /
11 am PDT. Let me know if this works for you.
